Welcome to RewiredPathways. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the resources we publish on it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

RewiredPathways is a brand operated by Helios Sales Inc. d/b/a RewiredPathways, a Florida corporation with a business address at 12094 Anderson Rd Suite 157, Tampa, FL 33625, United States. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Helios Sales Inc. References to “you” and “your” mean the person using the site.

2. What this site is

RewiredPathways publishes articles, guides, downloadable resources, and interactive tools intended to help mid-career professionals navigate career transitions, modern digital fluency, and business acquisition. The content is educational and informational. It is not professional advice.

3. Educational content, not professional advice

RewiredPathways is not a licensed career counselor, financial advisor, legal advisor, business broker, accountant, or tax professional. 6. Newsletter and email communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us at the address you provide. We use MailerLite as our email service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

By subscribing, you also agree that we may include affiliate links and product recommendations in our emails, consistent with our Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Intellectual property

All content on RewiredPathways — including articles, PDF guides, calculators, code, design, logos, and the RewiredPathways name and tagline (“Navigate what’s next.”) — is the property of Helios Sales Inc. or used with permission. You may share short excerpts and quote from articles with proper attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not copy substantial portions, republish content as your own, or use our brand assets without written permission.

Limited fair use for criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, and research is permitted under United States copyright law.

8. Affiliate links and third-party sites

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while reflecting the original intent.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Helios Sales Inc. regarding your use of the site.
