The Story
After more than two decades in operations and contact-center leadership, I watched something happen again and again, to colleagues, to friends, and eventually to people who looked a lot like me. Experienced professionals, people with real expertise and decades of results, were being quietly pushed aside. Filtered out by automated systems that didn’t understand their resumes. Passed over for younger candidates. Told, in a hundred subtle ways, that their experience had somehow become a liability instead of an asset.
I didn’t accept that. RewiredPathways grew out of refusing to, so that you don’t have to either.
My own path runs through finance, years of operational leadership, and a deep dive into the technology now reshaping how we all work, including hands-on work with the AI tools changing our field. That gave me a front-row seat to both the threat and the opportunity this moment represents for experienced professionals. The threat is real: the rules have changed. But so is the opportunity, for anyone willing to learn the new game.
That’s the principle RewiredPathways is built on. We’re not a traditional recruiter taking a cut, and we don’t operate like a high-cost coaching agency.
